文章介绍了应用模糊理论开发的电气设备绝缘监视和故障诊断系统，详细叙述了系统的结构、功能和特点。该系统已在福州电业局投入运行。 This paper introduces the electrical equipment insulation monitoring and fault diagnosis system developed by using fuzzy theory. The structure, functions and features of the system are described in detail. The system has been put into operation in Fuzhou Electric Power Bureau.
