数学是我们三大基础科目之一,是每一个学生都要掌握和精通的科目。最近几年来,我国实施了新课程标准的改革,他要求我们实施素质教育。而素质教育的基本要求就是面向全体学生,坚持全面发展。这里的全体学生包括了不同学习水平的学生,也就是在要求我们教师因材施教,实施分层教学,让每一个学生都能参与到课堂活动中来,体会学习的快乐。本文首先说出了分层教学的必要性,其次指出了分层要注意的几个方面,最后给出了实施分层教学的方法。
Mathematics is one of our three basic subjects and one that every student must master and master. In recent years, China has implemented the reform of the new curriculum standards, and he demanded that we implement quality education. The basic requirement of quality education is to face all students and insist on all-round development. All students here include students of different levels of learning, that is, require our teachers to teach in accordance with their aptitudes, implement hierarchical teaching so that every student can participate in class activities and experience the joy of learning. This paper first outlines the necessity of hierarchical teaching, and secondly points out several aspects that should be paid attention to in the process of stratification. At last, it gives the methods of implementing the teaching in different levels.
