柴油机上进、排气门凸轮轴和喷油泵凸轮轴,通常是在凸轮车床上进行粗加工的。因本厂资金有限,无此设备,我们设计了一种凸轮轴车削装置,安装在C618车床中拖板上,成功地解决了喷油泵凸轮轴粗加工的问题。凸轮轴车削装置如附图所示。拆去车床小拖板转盘,以原心轴定心,装上刀座1,校准刀杆位置,再用T型螺栓将刀座紧固在中拖板上。开动车床,这时装在车床主轴上的法兰盘齿轮12,便以一定转速回转,通过中间齿轮13,带动靠模轴齿轮18(Z_(18)=2_(12)),使
