目的 以骨组织形态计量学为指标 ,观察复合脉冲电磁场 (PEMFs)对骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响 ,以探讨PEMFs防治骨质疏松的机制。方法 3月龄雌性SD大鼠 48只随机分为 4组 :正常对照组(N组 )、卵巢切除组 (O组 )、苯甲酸雌二醇 (阳性对照 )治疗组 (E2 组 )及PEMFs治疗组 (EM组 ) ,每组 1 2只。分别于去势后 6周开始治疗 ,治疗 8周、1 2周后处死大鼠 ,取腰椎及胫骨行骨形态计量学测定。结果 PEMFs组治疗 8周 ,对大鼠胫骨代谢无明显影响 ,但腰椎骨形成参数增高 (P <0 .0 5) ;治疗 1 2周 ,骨形成和骨吸收参数值均高于其他各组 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ,骨量高于O组 (P <0 .0 5) ,与E2 组比较差别无显著性意义 ,但仍低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 PEMFs能促进骨形成 ,同时也刺激骨吸收 ,但促进骨形成的作用大于和早于促进骨吸收的作用 ,因而能够部分恢复已丢失的骨量 ,是颇具潜力的治疗骨质疏松的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of PEMFs on bone metabolism in osteoporosis rats by using bone histomorphometry as an index to explore the mechanism of PEMFs in preventing and treating osteoporosis. Methods 48-month-old female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (N group), ovariectomized group (O group), estradiol benzoate treatment group (E2 group) and PEMFs treatment Group (EM group), each group of 12. The rats were started treatment at 6 weeks after ovariectomy, 8 weeks after treatment, and 12 weeks after the operation, rats were sacrificed, and the lumbar and tibia were measured by bone morphometry. Results After treatment for 8 weeks, the PEMFs group had no significant effect on the tibia metabolism, but the lumbar vertebral bone formation parameters were increased (P <0.05). The parameters of bone formation and bone resorption in the PEMFs group were higher than those in other groups P <0.05-0.01). The bone mass was higher than that of O group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between E2 group and E2 group (P <0.05) 1 ). Conclusions PEMFs can promote bone formation and stimulate bone resorption. However, PEMFs can promote the formation of bone more than and earlier than bone resorption. Therefore, PEMFs can partly restore the lost bone mass, which is a potential method to treat osteoporosis.
