本文研究香菇夜马铃薯液体培养基的基础上， 通过加不同浓度的６－ＢＡ，探讨６－ＢＡ对香菇菌丝体 生长及新陈代谢的影响。结果表明：６－ＢＡ对香菇菌丝 体生长具促进作用，而且使其蛋白质和核酸含量增加， 最适作用浓度为１．５ｐｐｍ，而６－ＢＡ对菌丝体可溶性糖 含量影响不明显。
In this paper, we studied the effect of 6-BA on the mycelial growth and metabolism of Lentinula edodes on the basis of the liquid medium of Lentinula edodes by adding different concentrations of 6-BA. The results showed that 6-BA promoted the growth of mycelium of Lentinula edodes, but also increased the content of protein and nucleic acid. The optimal concentration of 6-BA was 1.5ppm, but the effect of 6-BA on the content of soluble sugar was not obvious.
