尊重和保障人权是人类文明发展与社会进步的重要标志。监狱服刑人员的人权保障是人权保障的一个重要组成部分,也是监狱工作的一项重要工作。保障服刑人员人权十分必要且势在必行。文章对我国监狱服刑人员人权的构成、保障的现状进行了分析,并在此基础上对如何进一步保障提出了建议。
Respecting and safeguarding human rights is an important symbol of the progress of human civilization and social progress. The protection of human rights of prisoners in prison is an important part of the protection of human rights and an important task in prison work. Ensuring the human rights of prisoners is very necessary and imperative. The article analyzes the constitution and protection of the human rights of prisoners in prison in our country, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions on how to further guarantee.
