卫生部把基本药物全部纳入新农合报销范围,人社部要求在定点基层医疗机构保证《国家基本医疗保险药品目录》甲类药品(包括基本药物)的使用。但就目前而言,基本药物制度的实际推进却不理想。
The Ministry of Health put all essential medicines into the scope of the NCMS reimbursement. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security requires that the designated primary-level medical institutions ensure the use of Class A medicines (including essential medicines) in the “National Basic Medical Insurance Drug List.” However, for the time being, the actual progress of the basic medicine system is not satisfactory.
