目的建立环境水体中痕量铅的碳纳米管固相萃取-原子吸收分光光度测定法。方法采用碳纳米管固相萃取纤维进行环境水样中铅离子的萃取,样品p H为6.0,萃取时间为60 min,以1.0 mol/L硝酸溶液解析萃取纤维中的铅离子10 min,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定铅离子的浓度。结果在5~500μg/L的线性范围内,所得铅离子的回归方程为y=1.492 1x+0.023 8,r=0.999 7,呈良好的线性关系。方法的检出限为1.4μg/L,平均回收率为100.3%~100.7%,RSD为2.1%。结论该方法抗基体干扰、分析效率高,适用于多种环境水体中痕量铅的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace lead in environmental water by carbon nanotube solid phase extraction - atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods The extraction of lead ions from environmental water samples was carried out using carbon nanotube solid-phase extraction fibers. The sample had a p H of 6.0 and an extraction time of 60 min. The lead ions in the fiber were extracted with 1.0 mol / L nitric acid solution for 10 min, Determination of lead ion concentration by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
