随着我国现代化的发展,中小企业在经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色,各式各样的中小企业不断增多,中小企业的发展好坏已经成为了影响社会安定的重要因素。同时,在市场经济的推动下,中小企业之间的竞争也愈演愈烈,而员工作为中小企业的基础,其能力对企业是否能在竞争中脱颖而出起着关键性的影响,员工的职业生涯规划作为人力资源管理的基础也就显的十分重要。本文对我国中小企业员工的职业生涯规划加以研究,以供参考。
