这篇文章报道黄腐酸对实验动物的抗心律失常作用。结果表明黄腐酸能明显缩短由氯化钡诱发大鼠心律失常持续时间(P<0.01)。使乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常出现时间推迟(P<0.05)。使氯仿诱发小鼠室颤发生率比对照组降低(P<0.01)能对抗肾上腺素诱发的心律失常作用(P<0.05).作用机制有待于有进一步研究。
This article reports anti-arrhythmic effects of fulvic acid on experimental animals. The results showed that fulvic acid can significantly shorten the duration of arrhythmia induced by strontium chloride (P<0.01). The aconitine-induced arrhythmia in rats was delayed (P<0.05). The incidence of ventricular fibrillation in mice induced by chloroform was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). It could counteract the effects of adrenergic induced arrhythmia (P<0.05). The mechanism of action needs further study.
