南化（集团）公司是属化工部大型企业,（集团）公司下属14个企业年耗各种能源折标准煤近100万吨,是江苏化工系统的耗能大户。蒸汽的消耗量也非常大,因此我们对蒸汽的利用和节约工作非常重视,多年来我们使用了多种类型的疏水阀,虽然投入了不少资金,但节约蒸汽的效果并不理想,疏水阀经常损坏造成跑汽,对现场的无泄漏管理带来难题。 1993年3月份,化工部在北京怀柔召开全国化工节能中心分站站长会议。会上化工部推荐浙江瑞安永固节能机电厂所生产的ST系列可调恒温疏水阀,从产品的介绍和有关用户使用的情况看,产品性能挺好。于是在1993年7月在催化剂厂作试点基地,试用STB16-20型的疏水阀2只,结果车间反映很好,相继又选用了29只。
