作者回顾性研究了27例脑血管痉挛病人的平均脑循环时间(CCT),以确定动脉内注射罂粟碱后CCT的变化。该组病例均为囊状动脉瘤破裂合并蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)所致血管痉挛,且在造影前接受3H治疗及钙离子通道阻滞剂,但不包括同时接受血管成形术治疗和血管造影时无适当静脉像者。与Greit的方法不同,作者将对比剂从颈内动脉床突上段到大脑顶叶皮质静脉(最高浓度)的时间作为CCT。用盲读法读取CCT数据,同时计算其变化
The authors retrospectively studied the mean cerebral circulation time (CCT) in 27 patients with cerebral vasospasm to determine changes in CCT after intra-arterial injection of papaverine. The patients in this group were those with vasospasm due to ruptured cystic aneurysm complicated with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and received 3H therapy and calcium channel blockers before angiography but did not include concurrent treatment with angioplasty and vascular Angiography without proper venous image. In contrast to Greit’s approach, the authors assigned CCT as the time from the upper end of the internal carotid artery to the parietal cortex vein (highest concentration). Read CCT data blindly and calculate its change at the same time
