实践教学是中职学生形成技术技能的重要教学环节,实训教师是实践教学的承担者,提高实践教学质量必须从实训教师的专业化发展入手,通过提升实训教师的教学能力来提高实训教学效果,确保职业学校技术技能型人才的培养质量,使之更好地服务于学生就业和社会发展的需要。本文对大连市中等职业学校实训教师专业化发展现状进行了调研,深入考察实训教师专业化发展优势、存在问题及成因,并据此提出相应的建议和对策,探索实训教师专业化发展的有效路径。
