深锥脱泥浓缩池流场数值模拟与试验研究

为解决煤中黏土矿物含量上升导致的煤泥水处理难度大、效率低等问题,利用煤泥颗粒间沉降末速的差异及管束内壁的边壁效应规律,提出一种深锥脱泥浓缩池,设计了倾斜与垂直两种形状的整流管束.通过Fluent软件对深锥脱泥浓缩池内部流场进行数值模拟,对比分析了两者内部雷诺数、湍流强度、湍流动能等流体动力学参数.结果表明:采用倾斜管束时,溢流中-45μm粒级产率高达86.58%,脱泥效率达到40.66%,降灰率达到7.57%,脱泥效果优于采用垂直管束,与模拟结果相符.试验表明:采用倾斜管束对流场具有较好的稳流作用,深锥空间有利于煤泥分级. In order to solve the problem that the slime water treatment is difficult and inefficient due to the increase of clay mineral content in the coal, a deep cone desliming concentrating pool is proposed by utilizing the difference of the final settling velocity between the slime particles and the sidewall effect law of the inner wall of the tube bundle, Two kinds of rectifier tubes, inclined and vertical, were designed.Flow software was used to simulate the flow field inside the deep cone desliming and concentrating tank, and the fluid dynamics parameters such as internal Reynolds number, turbulence intensity and turbulent kinetic energy were compared and analyzed.Results The results show that when the inclined tube bundles are used, the yield of -45μm fraction reaches as high as 86.58%, the desilting efficiency reaches 40.66% and the rate of ash reduction reaches 7.57%. The desilting effect is better than that of the vertical tube bundle, The inclined tube bundle has better steady flow effect on the flow field, and the deep cone space is favorable for slime classification.
