附子不同剂量(笔者应用附子剂量由25g至400g不等)内服汤剂临床应用是中药临床应用中一种带有趋向性的现象,文章简介笔者临证运用附子治疗现代疑难病症的体会,认为临床只要辨证准确,针对病机,近期、远期疗效显著,不仅可祛病,又显著改善体质,值得临证深思。
