风险投资实质上是一个包括投资、融资和退资等环节的以权益为载体的资本运营过程。便捷的退资机制是保持风险投资流动性的关键。中国风险投资发展的瓶颈便在于风险投资出口不畅。本文对风险投资在我国的退出途径作了初步探讨 ,着重对我国创业投资市场体系的三级构成主体 :主板市场、二板市场和场外交易市场进行了研究。
Venture capital is essentially an equity-based capital operation process including investment, financing and fund-back. Convenient mechanism to withdraw funds is the key to maintain the liquidity of venture capital. The bottleneck in the development of China’s venture capital lies in the poor export of venture capital. This article makes a preliminary study on the exit ways of venture capital in our country and focuses on the three main components of China’s venture capital market system: the main board market, the second board market and the over-the-counter market.
