2015年是“十二五”收官之年,我无论是在工作还是在学习方面都安排得较为紧凑。我所在的单位——中航商用航空发动机有限责任公司(简称中航工业商发)以科研、基建项目为主,为强化基建项目成本管控,提高科研项目经费使用的效率和效果,亟需高速、高效推进挣值管理和目标成本管理。新年新计划,我的工作和学习也主要围绕挣值管理和目标成本管理两个方面展开。挣值管理是公认的预测项目最终成本和进度的有效管理工具,通过偏差分析
