目的通过对呼吸内科患者提供人性化服务,观察应用人性化服务后患者对护理服务的满意程度、心理改善情况。方法将200例呼吸内科住院的患者随机分为常规护理组和特别护理组各100例,其中常规护理组采用一般护理,而特别护理组采用人性化护理,经过护理后分别观察两组护理服务的满意程度、心理变化。结果经过护理后,两组患者对护理服务的满意程度、心理指标上均有差异,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者提供人性化护理服务有助于患者机体的恢复,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,同时患者的心理状态也有明显的改善。“,” Objective To provide the humanized service of respiratory department of internal medicine patients,to observe the application of humanized service improved the satisfaction of patients to nursing service,the psychological. Methods 200 cases of respiratory department of internal medicine in hospital were randomly divided into routine nursing group and the special care group of each 100 cases, including routine nursing group with general nursing, special nursing group with humanistic nursing, satisfaction, after nursing were observed in the two groups of nursing services and psychological changes. Results After nursing,psychological index satisfaction degree, two groups of patients for nursing services are different, and the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with humanized nursing service to help with the recovery of the body, improve patient satisfaction with nursing service, at the same time, the psychological status of the patients is improved obviously.
