作为我国国民经济的支柱性产业,房地产业和城乡居民的生活息息相关,具有较强的产业关联度。随着经济全球化的发展,作为一个具有高额利润回报率的产业,我国的房地产业已成为外商投资的重点。由于房地产业自身的特点和区域性限制,对于境外资本流入对我国房地产行业的影响应给予足够的重视,并采取相应的政策措施。一、外资流入中国房地产市场现状分析(一)外资流入中国房地产市场动因分析1.良好的投资环境和宏观经济因素。近十年来,我国GDP保持持续高速的增长,2009年国内生产总值现价总量为340507亿元,增速9.1%。
