真菌性角膜溃疡是一种致盲率甚高的感染性角膜病。多发生于农业劳动者。由于目前尚未有很理想的抗真菌药物,对药物治疗无效的病例,角膜移植是另一治疗手段。国内有关这方面的报告尚少。本文收集了我院1971～1985年用角膜移植治疗的24例作一探讨报告如下。
Fungal corneal ulcer is a high rate of blindness caused by infectious keratopathy. Occurred in agricultural workers. As there is no ideal antifungal drug yet, medical therapy is ineffective and corneal transplantation is another treatment. There are still few reports in this area in China. This collection of our hospital from 1971 to 1985 with corneal transplantation in 24 cases for a discussion report is as follows.
