应用冶金流程工程学理论阐述了炼铁-炼钢界面的含义,总结了炼铁-炼钢的界面匹配模式种类及特征。针对“一罐到底”模式的技术特点及铁水罐周转过程的事件进行了解析,指出“一罐到底”模式是铁钢界面模式的发展方向,并对“一罐到底”模式在首钢京唐钢厂的应用进行了案例分析,对铁水罐的在线个数进行优化,找出现场与理论计算的差距,为企业加强铁水罐周转管理提供了理论支持。
The application of metallurgical process engineering theory expounds the meaning of ironmaking - steelmaking interface and summarizes the types and features of the interface matching mode of ironmaking - steelmaking. Aiming at the technical characteristics of “a can to the end ” mode and the analysis of the events of the hot metal tank turnover process, it is pointed out that “a can to the end ” mode is the development direction of the iron and steel interface mode, The case was analyzed in the application of Shougang Jingtang Steel Mill. The number of on-line hot metal tanks was optimized to find the gap between on-site and theoretical calculations, which provided theoretical support for enterprises to improve the turnover management of hot metal tanks.
