为了对吉林省不同地区人工圈养的林蛙油主要化学成分进行比较分析,了解吉林各地区、各行政区域人工圈养林蛙油的差异,试验采用高效液相色谱法、氨基酸自动分析仪法、荧光分光光度计法测定林蛙油中的雌二醇、氨基酸和脂溶性维生素含量。结果表明:桦甸市林蛙油中平均雌二醇含量最高为3.644μg/g,蛟河市林蛙油中平均氨基酸总含量最高为36.81%,敦化市林蛙油中平均维生素D含量较高为57.320 mg/kg,舒兰市林蛙油中平均维生素E含量较高为80.320 mg/kg。综合3类测定物质含量来看,桦甸地区林蛙油中各项营养成分含量水平较高,在全面功效方面有很大优势。
