本文通过一项全国范围内大规模的抽样问卷调查(N=1631),描述和分析了当前中国网络新闻从业者的基本构成与工作状况。调查发现,网络新闻从业者以女性为主,呈现年轻化、高学历特征,专业背景具有多样性;对互联网及新闻行业的热爱、对新闻记者职业使命和社会责任感的认同,是网络新闻从业者选择网络新闻行业的主要原因;他们对目前工作的满意度处于一般水平,其中最满意的是人际关系,最不满意的是薪酬福利;愿意将网络新闻工作作为终身职业的目前只占少数,大多数人考虑在五年之后离开,或是处于待定状态。研究还发现,不同类型网站的从业者在收入水平、工作满意度、职业忠诚度等方面的差异。后续论文将对网络新闻从业者的职业意识、媒介使用、生活状态等做出描述与分析。
This paper describes and analyzes the basic composition and working conditions of current network news practitioners in China through a large-scale nationwide sampling survey (N = 1631). The survey found that online news practitioners are mainly female, showing young, highly educated characteristics, professional background with diversity; love of the Internet and the news industry, journalists and professional sense of mission of social responsibility, is the network news practitioners The main reason for choosing the online news industry; their satisfaction with the current work is at a general level, of which the most satisfactory are interpersonal relationships and the most dissatisfied are the remunerations and benefits; the only one that is willing to make online news work a lifelong occupation is only a minority Most people consider leaving in five years or in a pending state. The study also found differences in the level of income, job satisfaction, job loyalty, etc. among practitioners of different types of websites. Subsequent essays will describe and analyze the career awareness, media usage and life status of Internet news practitioners.
