利用模型试验研究了大型圆柱形壳体与法兰对接环形焊缝的焊接变形。结果表明,圆柱形壳体与法兰对接环形焊缝将引起壳体的径向变形及法兰平面度的变化;实际真空容器壳体的径向变形与模型试验壳体的径向变形相近,而环缝引起法兰平面外倾的斜率比模型试验法兰平面外倾的斜率小一个数量级。角变形对法兰平面度没有明显影响。
Using the model test, the welding deformation of a large cylindrical shell and a flange butting annular weld is studied. The results show that the circular weld between the cylindrical shell and the flange will cause the radial deformation of the shell and the variation of the flatness of the flange. The radial deformation of the actual vacuum shell is similar to that of the shell of the model test. The slope of the plane flange caused by camber is one order of magnitude less than the slope of the plane flange of the model test flange. Angle deformation has no significant effect on flange flatness.
