选择小白菜和通心菜作为研究样品,在高温(120—124℃)高压(10.8×104—12.7×104Pa)条件下,采用浓度为0.1mol/L的过硫酸钾作为氧化剂,进行总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)联合消解的研究,并按常规消解方法进行对比试验。结果表明,本文提供的联合消解法与常规消解法的TP、TN平均相对偏差分别为1.9%、0.76%,平均加标回收率分别为95.95%、90.6%。精密度试验结果表明,TP、TN的标准偏差分别为1.9×10-3和9×10-3,变异系数分别为8.36%和8.41%。
