社会主义市场经济不断地发展,同时也带动了城市化建设的脚步。建筑行业间的竞争越来越激烈,这也给建筑企业的发展带来了很多方面的挑战,尤其是在人类资源管理方面。对于企业来说人才是他们发展的根本,对于建筑企业来说更是如此。建筑企业要想在市场的竞争中赢得先机,提高企业内部人类资源管理水平是很重要的一步。本文对当前存在建筑企业人力资源管理中的问题作了系统的归纳,并且针对有关问题提出对策。
The continuous development of the socialist market economy has also led to the pace of urbanization. The competition among construction industries is getting more and more intense, which brings many challenges to the development of construction enterprises, especially in human resources management. Talent is the foundation for their business development, especially for construction companies. Construction enterprises in order to win the competition in the market opportunities to improve the level of human resources management within the enterprise is an important step. This article systematically summarizes the current problems in the human resources management of construction enterprises, and puts forward countermeasures against the related problems.
