本文针对一条不满输含蜡原油输送管道的间歇输送问题,根据室内试验的结果,论证了加降凝剂间歇输送工艺的技术经济可行性。室内试验模拟停输时管道内原油的热经历;选用差分法求解热传导方程和解析式两种方法,初步计算了停输期间管内原油的温降过程;水力计算分屈服塑性体、假塑性体和牛顿体三段进行,当存在屈服假塑性体时,必须首先克服原油的屈服应力。初步预 测,加100ppm降凝剂可实现间歇输送并能全年节约经费15万元。
Aiming at the intermittent transportation problem of a pipeline conveying waxy crude oil, the technical and economic feasibility of the intermittent conveying process with pour point depressant is demonstrated according to the results of laboratory tests. The indoor experiment simulates the thermal history of the crude oil in the pipeline when it is shut down. The differential method is used to solve the heat conduction equation and the analytical method. The temperature drop of the crude oil in the pipeline during the shut-down period is calculated. The hydraulic calculation points yield plastic body, pseudoplastic body, Newtonian three paragraphs, when there is yield pseudo-plastic body, you must first overcome the yield stress of crude oil. Preliminary estimates, plus 100ppm pour point depressant can be intermittent delivery and annual savings of 150,000 yuan.
