利用烯烃和芳烃同浓硫酸发生磺化反应、饱和烃不反应的特性,在12m×0.22mmi.d.的SE-30短毛细管柱上,通过油样中加入的内标物正十三烷(n-C13)反应前后含量的变化,计算出催化裂化汽油中烯烃和芳烃的总量(O+A)、饱和烃含量(S)。同时,在反应前的色谱图上定量出芳烃含量(A)。在总量(O+A)中扣除芳烃含量,得烯烃含量。考察了方法的准确性:汽油中主要芳烃组分磺化反应转化率在99%以上;强极性OV-275填充柱测得的芳烃含量,与该法一致。
The use of olefins and aromatics with concentrated sulfuric acid sulfonation occurs, the saturated hydrocarbon does not react with the characteristics of 12m × 0.22mmi. d. The total amount of olefins and aromatics (O + A) in FCC gasoline was calculated by the change of the content of n-tridecane (n-C13) Hydrocarbon content (S). At the same time, the aromatics content (A) was quantified on the chromatogram before the reaction. Aromatic content is subtracted from the total (O + A) to give the olefin content. The accuracy of the method was investigated: the conversion rate of sulfonation of main aromatics components in gasoline was over 99%; the aromatic content of the highly polar OV-275 packed column was consistent with the method.
