目的 :探讨磁力在固定正畸中关闭牙间隙的临床疗效 ,并与机械力进行比较研究。方法 :将 1 6名病例在年龄、性别、牙颌特征方面仔细搭配 ,分成磁力组和机械力组。分别用钕铁硼 ( Nd2 Fe4B)永磁体和橡皮圈 ,在 Edgewise矫正技术中拉尖牙远中移动进行关闭牙间隙的临床对比研究。结果 :磁力组牙间隙关闭速度明显大于机械力组 ,两组差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;两组尖牙根长治疗前后均无显著变化 ( P>0 .0 5) ;ME组头发微量元素质治疗前后无显著差异( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :磁力在固定矫治装置上关闭牙间隙是可行的并优于机械力 ;钕铁硼永磁体在临床应用中具有生物安全性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of magnetic force in closing the interdental space during fixed orthodontics and to compare with the mechanical force. Methods: A total of 16 cases were carefully matched in terms of age, sex and dental characteristics, and divided into magnetic group and mechanical group. Respectively, NdFeB (Nd2Fe4B) permanent magnets and a rubber band, Edgewise correction technique in canine teeth move closer to the clinical study of the closure of the gap. Results: The gap closing speed of the magnetic force group was significantly higher than that of the mechanical force group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference of trace elements before and after treatment (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: It is feasible and better than mechanical force to close the interdental space with the magnetic force in the fixed orthodontic appliance. The NdFeB permanent magnet has biosafety in clinical application.
