[目的]研究草苁蓉水萃取物(BRAF)对小鼠H22移植瘤的生长抑制作用.[方法]将荷瘤小鼠随机分为模型对照组、BRAF大、中、小剂量(400,200,100mg/kg)组和5-氟尿嘧啶组,每日灌胃给予相应药物,共10d,隔日腹腔注射给予5-氟尿嘧啶,共5次.实验末期处死动物,计算肿瘤生长抑制率,采用比色法检测血清总抗氧化活性(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量.[结果]与模型对照组比较,BRAF小、中、大剂量组移植瘤质量显著减小,肿瘤生长抑制率明显提高,血清T-AOC明显增高,血清MDA水平显著降低,相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]BRAF对小鼠H22移植瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用,其机制可能与增高抗氧化能力有关.
[Objective] To investigate the inhibitory effect of extract of Curcuma longa (BRAF) on the growth of mouse H22 xenografts. [Methods] The tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into model control group, BRAF large, medium and small doses (400,200,100mg / kg) group and 5-fluorouracil group. The rats were given gavage daily for 10 days, and the other 5 days were injected with 5-Fluorouracil every other day for 5 times.The animals were sacrificed at the end of the experiment to calculate the rate of tumor growth inhibition, (T-AOC) and malondialdehyde (MDA). [Results] Compared with the model control group, the tumor mass of the small, medium and large doses of BRAF was significantly reduced, the tumor growth inhibition rate was significantly increased, serum T -AOC significantly increased serum MDA levels were significantly lower, compared with the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] BRAF has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of mouse H22 xenografts, and its mechanism may be associated with increased antioxidant capacity related.
