有关五苓散对乙醇代谢的影响已有不少报道,如塚本等指出在人体和动物体内的乙醇代谢过程中,五苓散有提高乙醇消失系数和氧化的作用。据文献介绍,大柴胡汤、小柴胡汤、柴胡桂枝汤等可适于一般的肝损害,五苓散、茵陈五苓散及半夏泻心汤对宿醉等急性酒精中毒有效。作者用五苓散或柴苓汤对长期服用酒精性饮料者进行了实验研究,结果发现五苓散
There have been many reports on the effects of Wuju San on the metabolism of ethanol. According to the literature, Da Chai Hu Tang, Xiao Chai Hu Tang, Chai Hu Gui Zhi Decoction, etc. can be suitable for general liver damage. Wu Yu San, Yin Chen Wu Yi San, and Banxia Xiexin Decoction are effective for acute alcoholism such as hangover. The author conducted an experimental study on long-term use of alcoholic beverages with Wuling San or Chai Xi Tang.
