目的:调查马鞍山钢铁公司(马钢)高级职称人员空腹血糖(FPG)异常分布状况及其相关危险因素。方法:对1200例马钢高级职称人员检测肝肾功能、FPG、血脂、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血压等,采用横断面调查研究方法分析FPG异常分布情况,Spearman相关分析及多元回归法评估其相关危险因素。结果:本组糖尿病检出率为6.6%,按2003年ADA标准FPG异常检出率为40.2%;随FPG水平增加,血压、血尿酸(UA)和肌苷(Cr)、血清总胆固醇(TC)水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等显著升高;多元逐步回归分析显示,FPG与HOMA-IR、FINS、年龄、Cr及收缩压(SBP)独立相关。结论:马钢在职高级职称人员为糖尿病高危人群,早期对其空腹血糖异常(IFG)进行干预有可能减少其他代谢综合征组分聚集的几率,从而减少该群体心血管事件的发生。
Objective: To investigate the abnormal distribution of fasting blood glucose (FPG) and its related risk factors in senior titles of Maanshan Iron and Steel Company (Masteel). Methods: One hundred and twenty cases of Masteel senior staff were tested for liver and kidney function, FPG, blood fat, fasting insulin (FINS), blood pressure and so on. The cross-sectional investigation was used to analyze the abnormal distribution of FPG. Spearman correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis were used to evaluate the correlation Risk factors. Results: The detection rate of diabetes in this group was 6.6%. According to the ADA standard in 2003, the detection rate of FPG abnormality was 40.2%. With the increase of FPG level, the blood pressure, serum uric acid (UA), creatinine (Cr), serum total cholesterol ) And insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were significantly increased. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that FPG was independently associated with HOMA-IR, FINS, age, Cr and systolic blood pressure (SBP). Conclusion: Masteel senior in-service senior staff is at high risk for diabetes. Intervention on its fasting plasma glucose (IFG) early may reduce the risk of aggregation of other metabolic syndrome components and thus reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events in this group.
