凉菜 一、四季平安 原料:四季豆200克,富士苹果100克,精盐、味精、蒜末、香油、辣椒油各少许。 做法:1.四季豆去两头及筋,用开水汆熟,捞出晾凉,切成3厘米长的段。2.将苹果去皮,切成2厘米厚、3厘米宽的条,用少量精盐腌片刻。3.将四季豆装盘,用精盐、蒜末拌开,上撒苹果条,加味精、麻油、辣椒油少许,拌匀即成。 注解:四季豆寓意四季,苹果寓意平安幸福。
