根据304不锈钢的焊接性和锥形薄壁方管的特点,提出了通过刚性固定零件,配合水冷铜衬垫辅助成型并迅速通水降温的对称自动焊接工艺,成功防止了焊接咬边、变形、焊穿以及焊缝反面氧化等缺陷的发生,保证了焊缝全焊透,且尺寸在公差范围内。
