为克服垃圾中水分含量偏高,燃烧时传热特性与常规燃料存在较大差异的问题,根据热平衡原理,对高水分烟气的辐射换热特性进行了实验研究。进行了对管内径105,150,208mm,烟气温度300~800℃,水蒸汽份额20%~50%的126个工况的实验。结果表明,在高水分条件下,烟气的辐射换热性能显著增强,原有锅炉计算的标准方法已不再适用。考虑到水蒸汽含量的影响,对原有计算公式中的烟气辐射减弱系数进行了修正,得到一种工程上简便实用的计算方法,可满足垃圾焚烧锅炉设计的需要。
In order to overcome the problem of high moisture content in the rubbish and large difference in the heat transfer characteristics between combustion and conventional fuels, the radiation heat transfer characteristics of high-moisture flue gas were experimentally studied according to the principle of heat balance. Experiments were conducted on 126 working conditions including inner diameter 105,150,208mm, flue gas temperature 300-800 ℃ and water vapor content 20% ~ 50%. The results show that under the condition of high moisture, the radiative heat transfer performance of flue gas is significantly enhanced, and the standard method of boiler calculation is no longer applicable. Taking into account the influence of water vapor content, the radiation attenuation coefficient in the original calculation formula is modified, and a simple and practical calculation method is obtained, which can meet the needs of the design of a waste incineration boiler.
