复方硼砂溶液制剂,各级医院制剂手册多有收载,其中苯酚的鉴别反应为:本品加三氯化铁试液呈紫堇色。由于本品呈碱性,遇三氯化铁生成红棕色沉淀,难以检视上述色泽。本文介绍:1.乙醚或氯仿提取法:其原理为苯酚在乙醚、氯仿中比在水中易溶,而处方中碱性物不溶,藉此提取后,把碱性干扰物分开。2.溴试液法:其原理为苯酚与溴试液有专属反应。前法是对三氯化铁反应的改进;后法是对溴试法的实验说明。所示两法,方法简便,结果满意,现介绍如下:1 方法与结果1.1 乙醚或氯仿提取法1.1.1 取本品5ml,置分液漏斗中,加乙醚或氯仿5ml,充分振摇提取。静置后分取乙醚或氯仿液,
