以大型文化纸机白水作为研究对象,研究短循环白水中溶解胶体物(Dissolved and Colloidal Substance,即DCS)的来源,DCS和纸机排水、纸料留着率及纸张强度之间的关联性。结果发现白水中DCS中的无机物主要来源是填料碳酸钙,有机物来源主要是浆料和化学品;当短循环白水中DCS含量超过900 mg·L~(-1)时,纸机开始排水,短循环白水中DCS含量能反映纸机清洁程度;同时DCS含量对纸料总保留率、灰分保留率及纸张强度都有影响。
This paper studied the source of dissolved colloid (DCS) in short-cycle white water, the relationship between DCS and paper machine drainage, paper retention and paper strength by using large-scale culture paper machine white water as the research object. The results showed that the main source of inorganic substances in white water DCS was filler calcium carbonate, the main source of organic matter was slurry and chemicals. When DCS content in short-cycle white water exceeded 900 mg · L -1, The content of DCS in the short-cycle white water can reflect the cleanliness of the paper machine. Meanwhile, the DCS content has an impact on the total retention rate of paper material, ash retention rate and paper strength.
