电力工程也就是电能的生产、传输、分配工程,广义上来讲还包括将电作为动力和能源应用于多领域的工程,而火电工程则是电力的生产环节为火力发电厂承担。火电工程项目管理可以合理安排工程项目的进度,对使用项目的重点资源进行合理规划。火电工程项目管理存在的问题主要表现在不规范、缺乏专业认识以及不重视三个方面,而优化火电工程项目管理的策略则主要为规范成本管理、提高人员素质以及加强安全管理三个对应方面。
Power engineering is the production, transmission and distribution of electric energy. In a broad sense, it also includes the application of electricity as power and energy in many fields, while the thermal power engineering is the production of electric power that is undertaken by thermal power plants. Thermal power project management can reasonably arrange the progress of the project, the key resources to use the project to make a reasonable plan. The problems in thermal power project management are mainly manifested in three aspects: non-standardization, lack of professional knowledge and neglect of importance. The strategies for optimizing thermal power project management mainly focus on standardizing cost management, improving personnel quality and strengthening safety management.
