体育游戏的特点是活动,所以必须考虑怎样让孩子活动和如何掌握活动量。有一位老师带孩子玩“走小路”的游戏,一会儿就停止了。孩子说:“老师,让我们再玩一分钟好吗?”这显然是孩子们活动不满足而提出来的“强烈要求”。又有一位老师带领孩子玩“火炬接力赛”游戏,任着孩子的性子一遍又一遍地重复,结果孩子回到教室就迫不及待地找椅子坐,他们气喘吁吁地说:“老师,太累了,下面创造性游戏不要做了,让我们休息休息吧!”显然孩子们已觉到太累了。以上两个例子不一定普遍,但却向我们指出:教师要适当掌握和控制幼儿的活动负荷,带孩子做体育游戏时,既要让孩子身体有一定程度的疲劳,又要能使孩子承受得住。
