1985年,我从江苏农垦总公司连云港农垦公司顾问的位置上走下来,回到了曾艰苦奋斗过30年的云台农场。当时,总公司安排我去淮阴市安家或到连云港市安家,但我哪里都没去。回云台去,那里有曾与我并肩创业的战友,有我用汗水浇灌过的土地,更有我未尽的夙愿。云台农场的创办人老红军王荣江同志在离开这里时曾嘱托我:“老康呵!你千万不要再离开云台了。我没有搞好的这个摊子交给你,希望你把它办好!”
In 1985, I walked down from the position of consultant of Lianyungang Land Reclamation Company of Jiangsu Land Reclamation Corporation and returned to Haitai Farm which had worked hard for 30 years. At that time, the head office arranged for me to go to Huaiyin City, or go home to Lianyungang City, but I did not go anywhere. Go back to Yuntai, where comrades-in-arms who had worked side by side with me, the land I watered with sweat, but also my endless wish. When you leave here, Comrade Wang Rongjiang, the founder of Haeundae Farm, commanded me: “Lao Kang! You must never leave Haeundae again. I did not hand over this stall to you and I hope you can do it well ! ”
