本文围绕“传媒公共性”的概念及内涵,探颐索隐,梳理了西方传媒公共性的理论渊源及实践流变轨迹,深入剖析了BBC和CNN等西方媒体以“传媒公共性”的名义进行跨国意义输出的历史因素与现实条件,分析了国际媒体在全球化语境下进行传播输出所面临的机遇和挑战,并提出中国媒体实践“传媒公共性”、实现“走出去”战略应有的立场,这对于当下“一带一路”战略背景下中国媒体的国际传播实践具有重要的理论参考价值和现实指导意义。
Based on the concept and connotation of “media publicity”, this paper explores Yisuo Yin, combs the theoretical origins and the practice of the public media in Western media, and analyzes in depth the Western media such as BBC and CNN, This paper analyzes the historical factors and realistic conditions for translating the meaning of transnationalism in the name of the international media and analyzes the opportunities and challenges confronting the international media in transmitting and exporting in the context of globalization. It also proposes that the Chinese media should practice “media publicity” and “ Going out ”strategy should have an important theoretical and practical significance for the international dissemination of Chinese media under the current“ Belt and Road ”strategic background.
