为了把1994年的税收财务物价大检查搞得更加扎实有效,使大检查在严肃财经纪律,加强宏观调控,平衡财政收支,稳定市场物价,促进财税、价格改革健康发展等方面起到更大更好的作用,现根据国务院《关于开展1994年税收财务物价大检查的通知》精神,经与国家计委、国家税务总局商定,制定实施办法如下:
