头孢米诺钠为头霉素衍生物，其作用与第三代头孢菌素相近，本品具有较强的抗B-内酰胺酶性能，对革兰氏阳性菌的作用较其他同类药物强。奥硝唑氯化钠注射液是第三代硝基咪唑类抗厌氧菌药物，临床有两种药物联合应用。本实验对头孢米诺钠与奥硝唑氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性进行了考察，为临床合理用药提供参考。
