微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蔬菜中的微量镉

目的:建立微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,用于蔬菜中微量镉的测定。方法:选择最优的微波消解条件进行消解,采用磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行蔬菜中镉含量的测定。结果:在优化的最佳消解条件和仪器检测条件下,方法具有很好的准确度和灵敏度,试验的RSD为2.4%~4.0%,回收率为95.8%~99.1%,检出限为0.010μg/L。结论:方法具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、检出限低、回收率高等特点,能满足蔬菜中镉含量的测定。 Objective: To establish a microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of trace cadmium in vegetables. Methods: The optimal conditions of microwave digestion were selected for digestion. Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was used as matrix modifier to determine the content of cadmium in vegetables by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: Under the optimized conditions of optimal digestion and instrument testing, the method has good accuracy and sensitivity. The RSD was 2.4% ~ 4.0%, the recovery was 95.8% ~ 99.1%, the detection limit was 0.010μg / L. Conclusion: The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good stability, low detection limit and high recovery rate, which can meet the determination of cadmium in vegetables.
