目的考察一种新型纳米雾消毒灭菌仪对真空冷冻干燥机的灭菌效果。方法采用活性过氧化氢消毒液对真空冷冻干燥机的灭菌效果进行研究,并用生物指示剂(嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌孢子,孢子量10~6cfu/片)进行验证。结果当活性过氧化氢消毒液的浓度为6%,喷雾体积为10 ml/m~3时,密闭2 h时即可杀死10~6cfu/片的孢子。结论纳米雾消毒灭菌仪配合6%活性过氧化氢消毒液使用,可对真空冷冻干燥机进行消毒灭菌。
Objective To investigate the sterilizing effect of a new type of nano-mist sterilizer on vacuum freeze-dryer. Methods The sterilizing effect of vacuum freeze dryer was studied by using active hydrogen peroxide disinfectant. The biological indicator (Bacillus stearothermophilus spores, spores 10 ~ 6 cfu / tablet) was used to verify the results. Results When the concentration of active hydrogen peroxide disinfectant is 6% and the volume of spray is 10 ml / m ~ 3, the spores of 10 ~ 6 cfu / tablet can be killed when sealed for 2 h. Conclusion Nano-fog disinfection instrument with 6% active hydrogen peroxide disinfectant used, the vacuum freeze-drying machine for sterilization.
