Plateau training in middle and long distance running has been carried out for many years in our country. In recent years, the national long distance team and the middle and long distance running teams of various provinces and cities continue the history of plateau training. It is well-known that altitude training helps to improve the running ability of endurance athletes, improves the training difficulty through altitude training, and utilizes the environment of plateau anoxic to achieve the change of physiological internal load so that the exercise ability can be improved. And then through the transition of plain training, to further enhance the ability of athletes to run a special run, thereby enhancing the special performance, which is the ultimate goal of plateau training. China's plateau training started in the early 1960s. At that time, it did not gain more training experience because the country was in a difficult time without relevant training and research conditions. In the early 1970s, the state organized long-distance running and marathon teams in Kunming to carry out plateau training and research. In the late 1970s, the state successively established plateau training bases in Yunnan and Qinghai provinces. In recent years, the training bases were rebuilt and expanded Scale, improve the training environment, laid the foundation for athletes to create outstanding results. In China, middle and long distance running (women) also made history and rewritten the world record by using plateau training. In recent years, training methods and means are constantly changing and innovating. However, there is no qualitative leap in middle and long distance running and no matter how to change current The status quo is our majority of middle and long distance coaches look forward to the goal. Here to talk about some of the basic rules of plateau training to communicate with you, hoping to summarize some of the new experience with the majority of coaches, based on the existing achievements and then step up.
