针对飞机设计流程建模中遇到的建模过程复杂,主观性强等情况,提出了基于协同模式的建模方法。从某飞机设计实践出发,结合以往设计经验,调查设计组织、设计流程、设计工具等方面,归纳现有协同模式。结合各个模式的应用场合,分析其特点和优缺点。在此基础上,提出借助协同关联网络进行建模。协同关联网络由各模式协同行为和对应设计对象连接而成。使用Petrinet的网射分析寻找协同关联网络中的重复/迭代过程,辅助建立简化的流程骨架。以此骨架为基础,增加附属信息形成通用设计流程模型。用例证明,该建模方法分离飞机设计专业知识和流程建模知识需求,降低建模难度,交互验证的中间信息和形式化的分析方法增加了建模过程的客观性。
In view of the complicated modeling process and subjectivity encountered in the process modeling of aircraft design, a modeling method based on the collaborative model is proposed. Starting from the design practice of a certain aircraft, the existing synergetic modes are summarized in the light of previous design experiences, survey design organizations, design processes and design tools. Combined with the application of each mode, analyze its characteristics and advantages and disadvantages. On this basis, we propose to use the collaborative network to model. Collaborative network is composed of all models of collaborative behavior and the corresponding design object connected. Use Petrinet’s meshing analysis to find repetitive / iterative processes in a collaborative network of relationships, helping to create a simplified process skeleton. Based on this skeleton, additional information is added to form a common design flow model. The use cases demonstrate that the modeling method separates the knowledge of aircraft design expertise and knowledge of process modeling knowledge and reduces the difficulty of modeling. The intermediate information of interactive verification and the formal analysis method increase the objectivity of the modeling process.
