为了解决布尔台矿42201工作面底板砂岩承压水带压开采问题。根据勘探钻孔资料及上部22201工作面开采过程中封闭不良钻孔出水情况,分析了工作面带压开采水文地质条件。通过计算煤层底板采动破坏深度、有效保护层厚度、阻水能力及突水系数,评价了工作面带压开采威胁程度。采取直流电法探测对底板砂岩含水层富水性异常垂向、平面分布范围、特征进行探查,并对重点富水异常区域进行钻探验证及疏水降压。对工作面内钻孔封孔质量进行了评价,预计了工作面开采时封闭不良钻孔的透水量,并对封闭不良钻孔区域的底板砂岩含水层实施疏水降压及注浆改造。经注浆检查孔验证,该区域疏水降压及注浆改造效果较好,可实现工作面安全开采。
In order to solve the 42201 working face of Bo Ertai mine floor sand pressure water pressure mining problems. According to the data of exploration boreholes and the water of poorly closed borehole during the mining of the upper 22201 working face, hydrogeological conditions under pressure mining in working face are analyzed. Through the calculation of coal mining floor destruction depth, effective protective layer thickness, water blocking capacity and water inrush coefficient, the evaluation of the working face pressure mining threat level. Direct current method was used to detect abnormal vertical and horizontal distribution and features of water-bearing anomalies in the aquifer of sandstone floor, and drilling verification and hydrophobic depressurization were carried out for the key anomalous water-rich anomalies. The quality of drilling hole sealing in working face was evaluated, and the water permeability of imperfect closed borehole when working face mining was predicted, and the water and pressure drop of bottom sandstone aquifer in poorly closed drilling area was implemented. The grouting inspection hole verification, the region of the water buck and pressure grouting better, can achieve safe mining face.
