运用大数据完善社会治理、提升政府服务和监管能力正成为趋势。根据国家要求,各级地方政府积极探索实践,在政府信息公开、优化行政审批、事中事后监管、强化城市管理、综治平安建设、金融支持等方面推动大数据应用,大数据成为支撑政府促进管理革新、提高服务水平、研判重大问题的有效手段。同时,大数据意识普遍薄弱、数据共享融合进展困难、数据处理技术支撑不够等诸多因素制约着政府运用大数据的深度和水平。要以科学决策、准确服务为重点,变革政府管理理念、推动政务资源共享、优化决策流程等方面着手,加强大数据应用,推动政府提升管理创新水平。

We should focus on scientific decision-making and accurate services, change the government management philosophy, promote the sharing of government resources, and optimize the decision-making process so as to enhance the application of big data and promote the government to enhance the level of management innovation.
