煤气在预还原炉内有三种职能，即还原剂作用、热载体作用和流化介质作用。本文推导出“煤气作还原剂时，计算煤（需要量的公式”和“煤气作热载体时，计算煤气需要量的公式”；计算和分析了铁矿石在竖炉内和在流化床内还原时上述三种职能的煤气需要量和相应的煤耗及氧耗；讨论了“煤气循环利用”对熔融还源法的意义。
Gas in the pre-reduction furnace has three functions, namely the role of reductant, the role of heat carrier and fluidized media role. This paper deduces the formula of calculating the gas requirement when the coal gas is used as the reductant, calculating the coal (formula of the requirement and the formula of calculating the gas requirement when the coal gas is used as the heat carrier), calculating and analyzing the iron ore in the shaft furnace and in the fluidized bed The gas demand and the corresponding coal consumption and oxygen consumption of the above three functions in the reduction are discussed. The significance of the “gas recycling” to the melting recovery method is also discussed.
